TBI Residential Rehab provides services for individuals who are physically handicapped, mentally ill, and/or traumatically brain injured, 18 years of age or older at admission.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

A prospective resident for TBI Residential Rehab’s adult foster care home must be male, a prospective resident for TBI Residential Rehab’s semi-independent program may be male or female.

A prospective resident must be willing to conform to the rules and regulations of the program.

A prospective resident must not be bed fast or require 24-hour professional nursing care.

A prospective resident whose behavior requires isolation or restraint on a consistent basis shall not be admitted.

Admission shall not be denied on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin.

Guardians of each resident shall exercise free choice as to the Adult Foster Care or Semi-Independent Living in which the resident is placed.

TBI Residential Rehab accepts auto no fault, worker’s compensation benefits and private pay.

EXCLUSIONARY CRITERIA

Bedridden persons, persons diagnosed as critically ill, and persons identified as life threatening to themselves or others may not be prospective candidates for admission.

Prospective residents with medical marijuana may not be admitted to the program.

Prospective residents with a history of criminal sexual abuse may not be admitted to the program.

Prospective residents actively using drugs or alcohol may not be admitted to the program.

Prospective residents with spinal cord injuries or amputees may not be admitted to the program.
